Salmon Pasta Bowl

I love pasta! and I love it with sea food. I’ve also discovered how yummy it tastes with nothing but olive oil and herbs.

Ingredients:
Penne pasta
herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary)
olive oil
salmon fillets, cut in squares
salt
ground black pepper
fresh kale
pitted black olives

Pasta:
Boil penne pasta with salt to taste. I like it al dente and it usually takes 8 to 10 minutes. If you like it softer, allow more time. Once done, drain water, add olive oil and herbs (I like oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic). Stir. Serve.

Salmon:
On a frying pan, add a bit of olive oil and allow it to heat. Add the pieces of salmon and salt, pepper and oregano to the salmon. Make sure the heat is on medium high if you like a crunchy side. Flip, cook thoroughly. Serve over pasta.

Kale and olives:
On the oil left by the salmon, stir-fry fresh kale and add the pitted black olives. Add a bit of water and let soften for 3 minutes. Serve over pasta.

Serve with Chardonnay. Enjoy! and remember: YO NO SOY PA’ SEMILLA :)
