How soon they forget

Things that were said

Promises made

Journeys shared

Giggles and laughs

Bonfires, food

Exotic trips

Sleeping under the moonlight

How soon they forget

Good intentions

Being “there”

Phone calls, texts

Movies, songs

Plain rides

Adventures unknown

How soon they forget

Hair, skin

Lips, legs

Bliss

Amazing

How soon

They forget

My love

Well you wonder sometimes, I doubt it’s as easy to forget as we think. But then again…I wish sometimes I could forget, you know what I mean? Great poem. kim

Thank you. In my view, love that is not expressed is as good as non existent; hence the poem.

Just because you can’t see it

    Doesn’t mean it isn’t there

Just because you can’t touch it

Doesn’t mean you can’t feel it

In Space, in time, this great creation

    Hosts all that ever was

The promises, the giggles the bliss

    Still exists.

To find it simply look inside and Discover

All that ever was and All

    That ever will be.
