Cooking the perfect turkey. Third time’s a charm!

This is the third year I make my own turkey and I finally found a recipe that does the trick. Today’s bird came out juicy and flavorful! I was a proud host. I used vinegar instead of lemon juice and oregano instead of rosemary and still came out quite great. I also used whole garlic cloves in the stuffing and seasoned the turkey the night before. Both the bird and the fridge had a wonderful herb fragrance!

    M encanta leer tus blogs…dame la receta completa y el stuffing del pavo…maybe next year finally I will have my first thanksgiving at home, but I need practice first…
